These terms cover the MV Buys Homes buyer list and SMS program operated by MV Investment Group LLC.

Buyer list

By submitting the buyer form, you request that our team review your preferences and contact you about relevant property opportunities. Provide accurate information that belongs to you and only enroll if you are at least 18. Joining does not guarantee an offer, property availability, investment results or a transaction. Property details and prices are subject to change and independent verification. A purchase requires a separate written agreement.

SMS Terms

If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to recurring marketing texts from MV Investment Group LLC (MV Buys Homes) at the mobile number you supply, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may include investment property opportunities, pricing, showings, availability updates and related buyer follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or joining the buyer list. Leaving the SMS box unchecked means you are not subscribing to texts. You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Tell us if you change or give up that number.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or contact admin@mvbuyshomes.com or (443) 214-3988. After opting out, you will not receive additional marketing texts unless you provide new valid consent. Submitting the form does not automatically remove an existing opt-out.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end the program. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses for their marketing.
