For buyer signups, we also record your SMS consent choice, the disclosure shown, its version, the signup page, a submission reference and the time received. We use your information to respond to inquiries, review your buying preferences, maintain our buyer list and communicate about real estate opportunities. We send marketing texts only with your SMS consent. Providing a phone number or agreeing to general terms alone does not give SMS consent.
